We continue to experience connection issues between Visa and our Debit and Credit Cards. The cause is a fiber line in Michigan that was cut during construction work. The damage took place on a rail yard of The Canadian National Railway. The service provider is having challenges getting the needed permits approved so that they can be allowed on the rail yard to complete the repairs. Visa continues to work closely with the service provider and The Canadian National Railway to obtain the necessary permits to complete the repairs. We recognize that this has caused challenges for our members and we appreciate your patience as Visa works to get this resolved.
